saddest day

I have a new pain in my heart that I have ever experienced before, and I haven't quite figured out what to do with it. I miss his voice and his smile, and his patience that wore off on everyone.
I have so much that I want to say about him...and I can't find the words. I just cant find the words.
Now, I am a deeply non religious person, and have absolutely no idea where my Poppy's soul went. I would like to say that a part of him went into all of us that sat around his bed while he took his last breath. If thats true, I consider myself a better person for it. I
I miss you, my Poppy.
